Terms of Use

You assume full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including passwords, PINs, and security codes. You are solely and exclusively responsible for all activities conducted through your account, regardless of whether such activities were authorized by you.

You must:

• Immediately notify LMND CARD of any unauthorized access to your account or any security breach;
• Monitor all transactions on your account and promptly report any discrepancies;
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations when using the Service;
• Not use the Service for illegal purposes, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, or circumvention of financial controls;
• Not attempt to reverse, hack, bypass, or interfere with the Service's security mechanisms

In the event of breach of any of these, LMND Card can terminate the user’s account without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LMND CARD and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of data;
• Fraud, identity theft, or account compromise;
• Disputes with merchants, financial institutions, or third parties;
• Technical failures, system interruptions, or service delays;
• Any damages arising from circumstances beyond LMND CARD's reasonable control.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if LMND CARD has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

By using LMND CARD, you explicitly assume all risks associated with virtual card transactions, including but not limited to:

• Merchant disputes and transaction reversals;
• Unauthorized use by third parties despite security measures;
• Fluctuating exchange rates and conversion fees;
• Compatibility issues with merchants' systems;
• Loss of funds due to user error or negligence.

LMND CARD makes no representations regarding the security of the Service or the prevention of unauthorized access, and users acknowledge that no digital system is 100% secure.

LMND CARD is not responsible for the conduct, policies, or actions of third parties, including but not limited to:

• Merchants, retailers, or vendors accepting virtual cards;
• Financial institutions and issuing banks;
• Payment networks and processors;
• Third-party websites, applications, or services accessed through the Service;
• Third-party providers of data, services, or infrastructure.

LMND CARD does not endorse, warrant, or guarantee the quality, legality, or safety of any third-party services. Users interact with third parties entirely at their own risk and subject to the third party's terms and conditions.

The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement;
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Service;
• Warranties regarding continuous availability, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance;
• Warranties that the Service will meet your expectations or requirements.

LMND CARD disclaims all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

LMND CARD reserves the absolute right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time and for any reason, with or without notice, including but not limited to:

• Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity;
• Violation of these Terms;
• Non-compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
• Usage from restricted countries or jurisdiction that is blocked or sanctioned by the United States, the European Union, Singapore and United Kingdom.
• Usage by citizen of restricted countries or jurisdiction that is blocked or sanctioned by the United States, the European Union, Singapore and United Kingdom.
• Risk mitigation or regulatory requirements;
• Business decisions or operational necessities.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. LMND CARD shall not be liable for any consequences arising from account suspension or termination.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LMND CARD, its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use of the Service;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Your infringement of any third-party rights;
• Any harm caused by your account or credentials.
